What is Van Excellence?

Van Excellence is an industry-led initiative that aims to:

• enhance standards of van operator compliance
• celebrate operators who demonstrate excellence
• represent the interests of the van industry

Is it relevant to me?

Van Excellence is open to van operators of all sizes and business sectors and includes non FTA members.

How does it work?

We’ve worked with the UK’s best van operators to develop the Van Excellence Code which sets demanding but achievable standards for van operation.

Van operators register and seek accreditation to the standards of the Code through an independent chargeable audit. Upon passing the audit the organisation is enrolled in the Van Excellence scheme.

A Guide to Van Excellence is also available to either support your accreditation or to be purchased on subscription for those not looking to be accredited.
